The Gardenscape Backyard Living Show is scheduled for March 27-29, 2026
Exhibitor Application & Approval Process
- All applications will be reviewed by the Gardenscape Committee. All applicants must fit our Exhibitor Criteria.
- Upon acceptance you will receive a confirmation and an invoice to the email address you provided.
- Full payment will be required to process your confirmation.
- Further confirmation material will be forwarded to all confirmed exhibitors via email once full payment is received.
- This application becomes your contract upon review and acceptance.
- Booth space will not be confirmed until invoices are paid.
- Show Management reserves the right to make any necessary modifications to the floor plan and booth allocation.
- Bulk booth space will be given priority.

Gardenscape brings together the province’s best in gardening, landscaping, outdoor living, and spring inspiration. Whether you create, craft, grow, or build, there’s a place for you at the Backyard Living Show!
Exhibitors
Our main exhibitor category is ideal for businesses offering products or services that align with the Gardenscape theme. This includes (but isn’t limited to):
- Contracted services: lawn care, landscaping, fencing, decks, painting
- Hydroponic gardening systems
- Fencing, decking, hardscapes (brick, block, stone)
- Fire pits, patio heaters, barbecues, grills, smokers
- Green and renewable energy solutions
- Gardening books, media, and publications
- Live plants, seeds, garden centres, and accessories
- Mowers, tractors, garden tools, and equipment
- Outdoor décor, yard art, lighting, and accessories
- Outdoor living products: furniture, spas, sunrooms, solariums, greenhouses
- Saskatchewan-made food products

Crafter’s Corner
A dedicated space for handmade, original creations that celebrate nature, gardening, and the spirit of spring.
Accepted items include:
- Nature-themed artwork and crafts
- Handmade décor
- Custom designed apparel
- Horticultural-inspired items
Societies & Associations
Special rates are available for volunteer-run, non-profit societies focused on promoting memberships and programming.
To qualify, groups must have no paid staff. Sales are limited to memberships; otherwise, a 15% commission applies.

Crafters Corner Applicants Please Note:
- All products must be created/designed by the vendor; proof of process may be requested.
- 3D-printed items are not eligible for Crafter’s Corner and must apply as regular exhibitors.
- Each crafter may book a maximum of two booths.
- Space is limited—once full, applicants will be directed to apply as regular exhibitors.

Booth Rates
- New Exhibitors: $850
- Returning Exhibitors: $775
- Additional Booth (per extra booth): $575
- Crafter’s Corner Exhibitors: $500
- Corner Booth Fee: +$90

The GardenScapes Art Showcase features Saskatchewan artists and works of art that have a floral, garden, or landscape theme.
You are invited to participate in the 28th annual GardenScapes Art Showcase to be held during Gardenscape, March 27 – 29, 2026 at Prairieland.

Booth size is ten feet (10′) wide by ten feet (10′) deep. Drapery is provided at the rear of the booth at eight feet (8′) tall and ten feet (10′) wide per booth and is green in colour. Side drape is coloured white at three feet (3′) tall and ten feet (10′) deep, and is provided where possible in each booth.
$675.00 for the first booth, $475.00 for each additional booth, $75.00 additional fee for a corner.
Society and Association rates are available, please contact the Trade Show Sales & Exhibits Coordinator directly. Societies must be non-profit with no paid staff to qualify for these rates with the purpose to promote memberships and programming. Sales are limited to memberships, otherwise a 15% commission applies.
Booth fees may be refunded, with the exception of $100.00 administration fee, when cancellations are received by January 29, 2021. No refunds will be paid on cancellations past January 29, 2021 or no-shows. Saskatoon Prairieland Park reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time if, in its opinion, the terms and conditions of this licence agreement are not being observed.
Please be aware that any exhibitor signs or banners hung from the ceiling, must be hung by Prairieland Park staff. There is a charge for this service and size restrictions may apply.
A Unsecured Wireless Network, for exhibitors only, will be provided with your booth ($125 value). For guaranteed bandwidth, a dedicated Hard Wired Service can be ordered. Please be aware that if you are operating a Rogers Network based debit/credit card machine you will experience difficulties as our cellular service is SaskTel based.
All locations are provided complimentary access to one (1) standard 15amp/120 volt receptacle per booth utilized. The Saskatchewan Blu Cross Gardenscape Show does not provide electrical cabling of any kind. If additional electrical services are required, they can be provided at a cost. Fees for additional power are invoiced upon approval of location.
The Gardenscape Show does not provide food grade hoses, fittings, or adapters. Fees for filling & draining hot tubs will apply. Portable sinks and temporary grey water storage are available to rent, please contact the Trade Show Sales & Exhibits Coordinator directly with questions. Notification of this service is necessary when applying for booth space.
