Myrna Pearman is retired biologist and an enthusiastic nature photographer, writer, kayaker and backroads rambler. She has authored and co-authored several books (including Backyard Bird Feeding: A Saskatchewan Guide) and is a columnist for several publications, including The Gardener Magazine. She is a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society and is actively involved with the Red Deer River Naturalists. She is the Resident Naturalist at Chin Ridge Seeds, where she continues to share her extensive knowledge and passion for backyard birds and backyard bird feeding.
